4.1-2 Definition

Flexible mineral insulation fire-proof cable BBTRZ is composed of copper strand conductor, inorganic mineral insulation, mineral compound filling, low smoke halogen-free outer sheath.

Rated operational voltage :Light load 450/750 v; Heavy load 0.6/1 kv

Rated current: single core 0-1800 A; multi-core 0-1362 A

Insulation resistance: insulation resistance 100MΩ·km; cable length <100 m, insulation resistance 1000

Power frequency withstand voltage :450/750 v cable and the 0.6/1 kv cable apply 2000 v and 3500 AC voltages respectively between phase and phase, phase and copper sheath for 15 min, without breakdown.

Operating temperature :-40-90; when short circuit (maximum duration not exceeding 5 s), maximum temperature of copper core cable conductor not exceeding 1000.

Rated power: Hz 49-61

Bending radius: cable bending radius 6-20 D


Fire resistance

According to the national experimental method of fire resistance test of wire and cable combustion: GB/T19216.21-2003 selection flame temperature 950 C~1000 C, recommended burning time of 180 min, BBTRZ cable line maintain integrity.

According to British BS6387-2013/BS8491-2008 standards,BBTRZ cables shall meet the following requirements:

C class of simple fire resistance :950 C±40 C 180min;

W class of fire and water resistance :650 C±40 C 15min;

Z class of fire resistance and mechanical vibration :950 C±40 C 15min


4.1 5 advantages

The integrity of the line can be maintained at the flame temperature of 950~1000℃ for 180 minutes.

The conductor of the cable is made of mature multi-strand flexible copper wire stranded technology, and the outer sheath is made of new halogen-free special material extruded and wrapped, which has the characteristics of softness, and will not be cracked and damp.

·Large Current-Carrying Capacity

Compared with cables of the same section, BBTRZ flexible mineral insulated cable can not only transmit higher current, but also can withstand larger overload.

·large section with multiple cores

Because of the use of advanced equipment and technology, the multi-core cable can reach 5X300mm, the construction is more convenient, economic, and consistent with the ordinary cable laying and installation.

·the continuous length is long

he cable length can be customized according to the requirements of the buyer. The cable is wound on the cable disk in a coil, without adding cable connector in the middle, eliminating the potential safety hazard
